Sub prime is the new "cause du jour" among reporters around the nation and I'm not about the bite. With a city government in charge, so I find it very reasonable to assume that your declining quantity/quality of trash pickup is a result of government waste and mismanagement. Declining tax revenues from sub prime fallout may add to the problem, but it is far from the only issue involved. By the way, kudos for going green in your last sentence.
