Ford & Microsoft, Two Brands I’ve Recently Dumped in favor of Apple & Toyota

It is somewhat ironic that Ford & Microsoft have recently gotten into bed together with Ford now featuring Microsoft’s software for the dashboard on some Ford cars. I recently dumped Microsoft products in favor of Apple’s products (iTunes, Powerbook, Mac OS X) and I’ve recently dumped and am dumping my Ford products in favor of Toyota.
What really matters is QUALITY, Ford and Microsoft have completely forgotten that while others have embraced it. And before I receive a bunch of comments or spam about the imperfections of Apple & Toyota, I am fully aware that no company out there is perfect but some companies are much better than others.
My point however is that birds of a feather do always seem to flock together and it seems that Ford & Microsoft wear the same feathers….
If only I could buy Toyota vehicles and Apple Products at Costco, I’d be in consumer heaven!

Costco sells some Apple products (iPods and AppleTVs), and through they have affiliate deals with pretty much every car manufacturer.
I haven’t bought a car through Costco, but am tempted to look into it next time the need arises.
