HSBC does the same thing. I’ve sat in line with 5 other people while some idiot placed up to 10 checks in all at one time. It stinks.

Bank of America switched to these a while ago, and I hate them!! The scan thing is fine if you only have one check. But if you have more than one, it’s a PITA.

Bank of America is killing me with the same issue. There is only 1 ATM in the freakin’ bldg and it goes broken for 3 days at a time. The deposit scan processing software is stupidly slow. They need faster CPU’s and more terminals and then life *might* get better.
