This isn't 1968. With all the articles about the revival of H Street NE, which *were* destroyed in the '68 riots, I don't think anyone wants another neighborhood to languish for 40 years. If you're telling me there will be massive riots in reaction to the Capitals winning the SE Division, then I'll think you're smoking something. Why do you think DC will have riots? This isn’t 1968.
