Which Blogs Do I Read?

I haven’t updated my links for a long while and I’m continuously searching for good blogs to read and while there are few true capitalist blogs out there I have found a few great intellectual finance blogs that have been intriguing me for the past few months.
First up is Charles Hugh Smith’s who writes daily blog on a variety of insightful finance and consumer topics always well written and thought out. Charles is a relatively new yet profound writer and you can read a bit more about him or at his .
Second up is Mike “Mish” Shedlock over at . Mish is a registered investment advisor for SitkaPacific Capital but that doesn’t stop him from expressing very opinionated and insightful posts on his blog multiple times a day. If you want an honest assessment of what’s happening with the economy, Mish always provides an interesting perspective on things.
Third up is Steve Randy Waldman’s . From insights into the Treasury’s quirky behavior to commentary on theoretical laws, scenarios and thought experiments on what could happen always provides something of interest.
And lastly is Ambrose Evans-Pritchard’s blog on . Unfortunately, Ambrose doesn’t publish daily so I only visit periodically but there is always something interesting from the British perspective.
I love these blogs because I almost always learn something NEW every time I read a post and a parched man becomes delirious with gratitude when he gets a sip of water from the fountain of knowledge. I guess it’s no coincidence that many of these authors are gray haired old(er) men with decades of experience and wisdom.
If you’re hungry for intellectual viewpoints on topics of finance, commerce and consumerism then these are the blogs you’ll want to visit.
