Great news, the new 10 ml dose pushed me to lose 2 pounds. The somewhat bad news is that 10 ml dose makes my stomach nauseous most of the time. It’s not bad enough that I can’t cope but it really takes the hunger out of my system.
I feel the way I did back when I started Zepbound a year ago in February during the initial stages. If the pattern holds though, at some point I will become accustomed to this dose and likely plateau again. I do intend on boosting my exercise routine now that I’ve lost some significant weight and have more energy to do so.
The more interesting news is I am now starting to gather “excessive” skin around my waistline and I am wondering what I’m going to do with it. I knew this would eventually happen but now that it’s here it’s a bit concerning. Obviously I may need plastic surgery to remove the excess skin and I may likely do that overseas to avoid the huge costs here in the U.S. but I still have a way to go with weight loss.
I read somewhere that 2% of Americans are now on GLP-1 drugs. Wow!
