For the month of July, I was traveling and I was greatly concerned about my weight loss plan given we were eating out at restaurants most of the time and snacking in between meals in the most unhealthy way with processed food. The good news is we walked many miles every day so if we did overeat I had hoped I burned the calories off and I’m happy to report that I actually lost 0.5 lbs after coming back.
I don’t have much to report except a funny anecdotes. I went to the dry cleaner today to drop off some items and my brain was telling me I was hungry but my stomach was telling me to pound sand. I drove by a couple of fast food restaurants contemplating what I should pick up but my stomach made it clear it won’t be happening. About an hour later, my brain won and I picked up the smallest amount of chicken strips at Chick-Fil-A. My stomach reluctantly accepted the food but was clear that it won’t be happening again. That’s how my Zepbound days go these days.
I have another holiday booked for September and will likely be gone all of September and maybe October if I don’t find a job although I currently have a couple of hot leads and my plans may change.
The main thing I need to do now is find a way to get Zepbound cheaper and I plan on contacting the manufacturer soon to see what my options are but I currently have two months of medicine left.
