Zepbound: My Health Journey – April Year 3

I’ve completed a first full month on the highest dosage of Zepbound available at 15 mg and I’m happy to report that I’ve lost 3 lbs in about five or six weeks. My appetite is definitely down and the past month has felt like the first time I started Zep at the beginning. Food has been generally bland and I have little interest in eating anything.

I’ll likely stay at 15mg till the end of the year but I do plan on going back down to a lower level. The main side effect I have now is feeling energy drained when I take the shot for the first 24 to 36 hours. If I can lose another 20 lbs over the year, it will be fantastic. While not down to my ideal weight I can live with 20 less pounds of fat and stabilize there.

The cost has now “stabilized” as I’m paying slightly under $500 for my monthly shots. Competition is heating up so I hope the cost begins to go down by the end of the year and into 2027.
