I’ve written that I spend a lot of time reading financial news, watching financial news on TV or YouTube or other websites and honestly it has become too time consuming to catch up so I finally decided to do something about it.
I used my new, second, AI agent and tasked it with reviewing 65+ sites that I follow and create a daily summary debrief. It’s perfect because it’s customized to me and my portfolio so I can eliminate a ton of the noise. For example, I have no interest in the Space X IPO but that’s all the financial news media is talking about endlessly so I just turned it all off.
I now get my daily debrief free of noise and advertisement and I save hours in watching/reading/consuming media.
If this keeps going, I’m going to end up on a beach somewhere getting big fat paychecks flowing in while I literally do nothing with AI managing my household, finances, travel and other activities. Well, a man can dream about it anyway!
The speed at which these models are improving and coming out is absolutely amazing. I am worried though that I am investing too much time building these tools only for them to become obsolete in a matter of months or even weeks.

Claude just released version 5 which is a watered down Mistral but so it goes.
I’m just so giddy with excitement at being able to build things I’ve always wanted for pennies on the dollar. I’m not sure it will last as the growing demand will only drive costs up and ruin a good things. Worse yet will be AI models laden with advertisements or other crap but for now, I’m taking full advantage of the wild west of AI.
