Great news. I’ve lost 5.2 lbs on the new highest does of Zep. The bad news is it took two months to lose that weight but I’ll take it. I have broken below 260 and that is a major milestone for me. I haven’t weighed this amount since 2016.
On Memorial Day we bought burgers and frozen fries that were free as part of a deal. I cooked up the fries and the air fryer and they were spectacular. That was Monday. On Wednesday, I took the shot, and later that evening we cooked some more of the fries and they tasted like crap. Same fries cooked on different days and the only thing different was the shot.
That’s my life now. I get little windows during the week where I enjoy food and the rest of the week I’m just not interested in food. It’s the price I’m willing to pay for the pounds to keep coming off.
My clothes continues to get looser and my swim trunks now need to be replaced because they slip off easily even when tied with that string thing.
Nothing much to report, I am managing the side effects with plenty of beans and yogurt and haven’t had any serious issues with it for a while now except when I don’t eat beans or yogurt smoothies.
My only complaint is the cost. It’s still running $500/month but I hope that changes over time for the better.
